A little note from me

This is one of my favourite teas to drink, and especially the one I pull a little closer during holidays when I know I've probably eaten more than usual.

I love the refreshing taste, and after a big meal it just feels like the perfect cup of tea to help me feel lighter and more comfortable.

It's one of those teas I always like to keep in the cupboard.

Top tip

One tea bag makes two strong cups of herbal tea.

Many people enjoy a cup after lunch or supper as part of their daily wellness routine.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their healthcare practitioner before use.

Not recommended for children younger than 2 years.

MAKE THE PERFECT CUP

Add one tea bag to sufficient boiled water to taste and let it steep for 2-5 minutes or boil the tea on the stove for 2-5 minutes. 1 Tea bag is enough for 2 to 3 cups.

Drink as is, preferably without milk and sugar.

Can be enjoyed cold, especially on a hot summer’s day. However, ensure that you keep the tea in the fridge for no longer than 48 hours.
