Shipping Policy

Please be sure to enter your daytime physical address at checkout as your delivery address. 

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. There are no deliveries during weekends and public holidays.

We will always aim to get your order to you quicker.  We will keep you in the loop at all times and provide you with tracking numbers.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to main centres and 4-5 working days for regional centres and outlying areas.

In the event of high volume orders, your order may be delayed and we will communicate such delays to you.

Orders are shipped directly from ANNIQUE Home Office.

Shipping Rates

We deliver anywhere in South Africa for only R70.

We offer free shipping nationwide in South Africa for orders over R900.  Shipping costs are added to your basket total at checkout.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our premises in Die Wilgers, Pretoria.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to postal boxes only to physical addresses

In the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged or defective contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@rooibosandco.co.za with a photo of the product's condition. ANNIQUE has a quality guarantee for its customers on all products. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. The shipping cost for returns is at the customer's expense.
